About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to work closely with a high-performing agent and gain hands-on experience across the full scope of residential sales. You’ll be mentored with exposure to everything from open homes and client meetings to back-end campaign support. This is an ideal role for someone eager to grow within a structured yet exciting team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales agent with the listing and selling of residential properties
• Attending open inspections and engaging with prospective buyers
• Managing client and vendor communication throughout campaigns
• Coordinating property marketing and preparing necessary documentation
• Assisting with daily prospecting and phone work alongside the team
• Attending team meetings and learning from real-time feedback and coaching

About You

• A can-do attitude with a genuine interest in building a long-term real estate career
• Well-presented, professional, and confident in both communication and organisation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work Saturdays
• Experience in real estate is preferred but not essential, personality, attitude, and commitment are key
• Exposure to AgentBox or similar CRMs is a bonus
