Child Support Consultants is a boutique agency specialising in Child Support policy and legislation. We are not a law firm; however, we work closely with family law firms Australia wide to assist separated parents with complex child support matters and our main client base are referrals from family lawyers.

We are undergoing rapid growth and as a result we are expanding our team and searching for a Paralegal to join us working 2 – 3 days per week (15 – 21 hours) working remotely. We are looking for candidates presently studying law with a keen interest in family law.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drafting and preparing documents and forms

· Gathering and collating evidence from clients

· Submissions to the Child Support Registrar and Administrative Review Tribunal

· Communication including email and phone calls to the ART and CSA when required

· Case research

· Summarising reports and documents

· Assisting the team with managing case files and maintaining accurate records

Required / preferred skills:

· Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail

· Ability to work effectively and follow instructions efficiently remotely

· Good IT knowledge and proficient in Word, Excel and Adobe PDF

· Excellent communication and customer service skills
