An opportunity has opened at AANDI Lawyers for a proactive Paralegal in the pre-litigation team's property damage department.

Ideally, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Excellent communication and administration skills, both written and verbal;

• Strong time management, problem solving and organisational skills in a role that follows well-defined processes;

• Ability and experience meeting KPIs, deadlines and possess an understanding of the pertinence in meeting both the client's and firm’s needs;

• Contribute positively to the team goals and culture;

• Basic understanding of the law of negligence and Victorian road rules;

• Must be able to use initiative and critical thinking; and

• Previous experience in the motor vehicle or legal industry is advantageous but not essential.
