About the Role
You'll be joining the Projects team, working on the design, implementation, and optimisation of IT infrastructure for clients. You’ll also act as the L3 escalation point, collaborating closely with the Customer Success and Assist Support teams.

You’ll be:

• Scoping & delivering Azure and O365 solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Building on-prem & hybrid server environments
• Supporting clients across both cloud and on-prem tech
• Designing network infrastructure (switching, wireless, firewalls)
• Handling complex escalations and security alerts
• Delivering clear handovers to the BAU team
• Creating & maintaining documentation and reports

What You’ll Need

• Be PR or Citizen
• Recent MSP experience (within the last 2–3 years)
• Strong communication & documentation skills
• Customer-first attitude with a team mindset
• Solid experience in the implementation and support of Microsoft core services, including Azure, Cloud Services, Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory and SQL Server, Intune and Windows Server systems administration.
• Server virtualisation technologies. (VMware, Microsoft preferred).
• Implementation and support of network infrastructure solutions (HP Aruba and FortiGate preferred).
• Experience implementing and supporting backup and DR solutions, such as Azure backup and Datto products.
