We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the team at a prominent suburban shopping centre; however will also be working across additional centres as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to understand their needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors to uphold top-notch standards across maintenance and safety.
• Manage resources, budgets, and schedules efficiently.

The Criteria:

• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager, ideally within a retail environment.
• A passion for building a collaborative team culture.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and solutions-driven mentality.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
