We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the team at a prominent suburban shopping centre; however will also be working across additional centres as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to understand their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with contractors to uphold top-notch standards across maintenance and safety.
- Manage resources, budgets, and schedules efficiently.
The Criteria:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager, ideally within a retail environment.
- A passion for building a collaborative team culture.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and solutions-driven mentality.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
