The Opportunity
Are you an experienced operations professional looking to make a difference in children’s health? We’re seeking a driven and organised Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of the Inklings program. You'll design and implement systems, manage service delivery, and drive continuous improvement, contributing to real change for families.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Design and manage operational systems, processes and policies to support the Inklings Pilots.
Oversee governance, risk management, quality assurance and compliance activities.
Manage data systems and reporting processes, ensuring high-quality and timely outputs.
Lead the relationship with the external digital provider to support and enhance the Inklings platform.
Recruit, supervise, and support a dynamic team, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Based in Subiaco, this is a full-time position for 1-year parental leave cover.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should hold the following:
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in project management, health, disability, or a related field.
Proven success managing complex operations, digital platform delivery, and continuous improvement projects.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster stakeholder relationships.
Excellent project planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
