Are you ready to grow your career while helping others do the same? Our client, a nationally recognised and diversity-driven provider, is expanding their ACT team and seeking a Team Leader to guide and grow a group of talented Rehabilitation Consultants.

What You Will Be Doing: Team Leadership + Rehab Consulting
- Provide mentorship and coaching to a team of Rehabilitation Consultants
- Oversee team performance and ensure quality service outcomes
- Support and grow customer relationships through exceptional engagement
- Maintain your own caseload of injury management and return-to-work services
- Explore new business opportunities and growth pathways
- Conduct vocational, initial needs, and case management assessments
- Liaise with multidisciplinary stakeholders including insurers, GPs, employers and allied health teams

What You Will Need:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Registration with AHPRA, ASORC, RCAA, or relevant board
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation, workers comp, or WHS
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A passion for team building, mentoring, and service excellence
- Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- A genuine commitment to equity, inclusion, and cultural respect
