About the Role

Deliver community-based Occupational Therapy across NDIS and aged care clients (Home Care Packages). Support clients to live safely and independently in their own environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Functional, home, and assistive technology assessments

Capacity building therapy and goal-driven interventions

Home modifications (minor and complex)

Equipment prescription and applications

Telehealth and in-home service delivery

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Full Australian working rights

Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (new grads also encouraged to apply)
