The Role
As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks at the Front Office, ensuring seamless guest experiences from start to finish.

Key duties include:

Providing friendly, personalised service to guests upon check-in and check-out

Promoting the property and its facilities to maximise accommodation sales

Handling reservations and ensuring accurate data entry

Assisting both corporate and leisure guests with their needs (e.g., explaining hotel amenities, offering local recommendations)

Maintaining smooth operation of the reception desk throughout your shift

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

You’ll bring:

A passion for customer service and creating positive guest interactions

Proven ability to promote and sell accommodation services

Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills

A commitment to high standards of personal presentation

A collaborative, team-oriented approach

Previous experience in front office reception, hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles (e.g., retail) will be highly regarded but not required.

Applicants must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and have the right to work in Australia.
