Chasing a Site Supervisor to join the building team

Your new company

Our client is a leading residential building company in Townsville, known for their commitment to quality and innovation. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

Your new role

This role will see you responsible for project management and supervision across the companies' new builds. This is a permanent role, working on a Monday to Friday roster locally in the office in Townsville. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within set timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and other internal teams
• Implement and adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
• Utilise Buildertrend software for job reporting and invoicing

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will come from a construction background with experience as a carpenter and supervisor. You will also require:

• QBCC Licence (highly desirable)
• Driver's licence
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
