Our client, a well-established construction company with over 20 years of experience in the South East Queensland region, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of residential builds in North Brisbane. Role Responsibilities:

• Daily management of on-site sub-contractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Trade scheduling and project planning, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and the Building Code and Regulations.
• Oversee deliveries and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Quality control and defect management to meet high standards.
• Conduct inductions, toolbox meetings, and maintain OHS compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to ensure alignment.

Key Requirements:

• QBCC Site Supervisor licence (minimum requirement).
• Proven experience in managing all stages of construction, including base stage and slab establishment.
• Stable employment history with a track record in residential construction.
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
• Proficient in general computer skills for project management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of OHS procedures and regulations.
• Ability to manage and lead a team, including overseeing the Lead Hand.
