About the Role

We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA ISU Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Device Management and Billing to join a dynamic project team delivering into the utilities domain. You’ll work closely with business and technical teams in an agile environment to provide end-to-end functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients and onshore teams to deliver functional solutions across Device and Billing Management
• Execute project deliverables aligned with Agile methodologies and within defined timeframes
• Perform configuration, testing, and support across meter-to-cash processes
• Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, RICEFW specs, test plans, and post-go-live support
• Handle exception management and troubleshoot billing and invoicing issues
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment with business needs and SAP best practices

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA ISU Billing and Device Management
• Strong knowledge of utilities business processes, meter-to-cash flows, and market regulations
• Hands-on with billing master data, RTP/TOU billing, invoice processing, print workbench, dynamic period control, and net energy metering
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• At least one full implementation in a similar functional role
