About the Opportunity:
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is proud to partner with an ASX-listed global mining company to search for an SAP EHS Business Analyst. This role is based in an inner-city suburb of Brisbane and offers hybrid work arrangements, as they truly values work-life balance!

To be successful, you must have extensive experience in the SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHS) module across project and BAU support. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in the SAP EHS module who is able to provide both technical and functional support.

What You Will Do:
You will provide techno-functional support to the team on SAP EHS module. In addition to supporting the end-to-end software development lifecycle, this role also requires a strong focus on stakeholder engagement across multiple departments.

• SAP support to users on EHS module
• Work with different business units to troubleshoot issues and communicate system updates
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Document SAP designs and create functional specifications.
• Configure SAP applications to meet business needs.
• Manage test cycles including Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing
• Ad-hoc support other SAP modules

What You Will Bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science/ICT or equivalent industry practice.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as SAP Business Analyst
• Strong proficiency in the EHS modules
• Ideally you will also have experience in the Production Planning (PP) and/or Quality Management (QM) modules.
• Strong SAP configuration skills, ideally in S/4 HANA.
• Knowledge of the entire SAP and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate closely with various business units.
• Previous experience in the mining industry would be highly regarded
