About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager with a background in remedial and building works to lead projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple sites, coordinating trades, liaising with clients and consultants I.e. engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple remedial projects across Sydney

Plan, schedule, and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and stakeholders

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and reporting

Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in remedial building, construction, or similar trades

Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery

Knowledge of construction codes, WHS regulations, and industry standards

Ability to lead and manage teams effectively

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Relevant qualifications in construction management or trade background preferred

A valid driver’s license
