The Role

As the Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, providing exceptional front-desk support to our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Warmly greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments, efficiently managing our practitioners' calendars.

Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing enquiries or directing them to the appropriate team members.

Administrative Support: Maintain and update client records, process payments, and manage billing and insurance-related tasks.

Clinic Presentation: Ensure the reception area and clinic spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist who demonstrates:

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Skill at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.

A friendly and approachable demeanour that enhances the patient experience, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.

Basic computer proficiency, including experience with booking systems.
