About the role
Omega Wellness Centre is a multidisciplinary allied health and psychiatry clinic, providing holistic solutions to mental and physical well-being. Our specialised programs and 1:1 services consider the unique circumstances surrounding patients' mental and physical health and offer tailored solutions.
Omega Wellness Centre is currently seeking a patient-focused administration assistant to assist with the day-to-day operations of our diverse and innovative centre. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, therefore a passion for customer service is essential. The role includes a wide variety of admin tasks to support our multidisciplinary team.
Key criteria:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical administration
· Experience using Genie or Gentu highly desired.
· Excellent communication, both written and verbal
· High degree of attention to detail
· Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Advanced computer skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
· Previous experience working in the mental health sector desired
