About the Role
As our Tools & Parts Coordinator, you’ll be the go to person for all things related to spare parts and tooling—managing orders, quoting, inventory levels, customer support, and logistics. Your role is central to ensuring customer satisfaction, growing sales, and maintaining efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all tools and parts sales for TRS and agency product lines

Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to fulfil customer requirements

Prepare quotes and cost estimates with accuracy and speed

Coordinate shipping schedules and ensure timely invoicing

Maintain accurate stock levels and produce NetSuite reports

Prioritise daily workloads to ensure efficiency and safety

Proactively communicate with customers to meet their ongoing needs

Assist with capital sales, trade expos, and packing as needed

Contribute to achieving revenue and margin targets

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Parts Coordinator or Parts Interpreter

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong customer service mindset with confident communication

Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task effectively

Attention to detail and a focus on quality

Sound computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams

A commitment to safety and continuous improvement
