Carts’n’Parts Australia is seeking a dedicated Spare Parts Coordinator to join our growing team in Molendinar. This is a hands-on, full-time role suited to someone with a positive attitude who enjoys practical work and is eager to learn. While a background in automotive, golf carts, or small engines is advantageous, it’s not essential — we provide extensive documentation and support to help you succeed. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth spare parts operations, from managing inventory and fulfilling orders to supporting our dealers and customers.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to spare parts enquiries from customers and dealers

• Accurately identify required spare parts, including referencing SKU codes and product manuals

• Organise and manage inventory, including allocating bin locations, stocktaking, and maintaining accurate records

• Assist with pick and packing of orders – including handling heavy items such as electric motors and lithium battery packs. Safe work practices must always be exercised and systems improved/created.

• Process and dispatch orders efficiently, ensuring 100% accuracy to minimise returns

• Raise purchase orders for low-stock items and liaise with suppliers to maintain stock levels

• Use forklifts to receive and move stock (Onsite Training will be provided and Forklift Ticket course supplied)

• Collaborate with management to improve spare parts workflows and contribute to enhancements of our internal inventory and ordering systems

• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Role Requirements:

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Mechanically minded or previous experience in spare parts, automotive, golf carts or small machinery/hands-on industries (advantageous but not essential)

• Strong understanding of or willingness to learn inventory systems and stock control processes

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with part identification and dispatch

• Comfortable with physical warehouse tasks, including lifting and repackaging items

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment – not all deliveries are clean, and some parts need to be repackaged

• Confident using Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs or Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Zoho systems (Inventory, Invoicing, CRM) is a bonus but not required as in depth training and support will be provided

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team

• Valid Driver’s Licence is preferred but not essential — however, candidates must have reliable transport to and from work.

• Availability: Monday to Thursday (8.00am to 4.30pm), Friday (8.00am to 2.30pm)
