With a growing footprint in the ANZ region and a reputation for empowering architectural excellence, they’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help take their NSW presence to the next level.

The Role:

This is more than just sales. It’s about being a trusted partner to design professionals who want smarter, faster, more intuitive tools.

You’ll be responsible for driving growth across NSW, building relationships with architecture firms, project designers, developers, and educational institutions. From identifying new business opportunities to presenting technical demonstrations and nurturing long-term partnerships — you'll be the face of a premium product with serious industry credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, engage, and convert new architectural and design-focused accounts across NSW and surrounding regions.

Conduct tailored product demonstrations and articulate the value of BIM and model-based workflows in real-world scenarios.

Translate client needs into solutions, collaborating closely with technical and support teams.

Nurture and grow existing accounts, becoming a strategic partner in their design technology journey.

Hit and exceed revenue goals, supported by a strong brand, marketing resources, and technical excellence.

Represent the company at industry events, design expos, and through educational partnerships.

What We're Looking For

3–5+ years’ experience in SaaS sales, solution selling, or business development (AEC or design tech preferred).

A strong understanding of the architecture, engineering, or construction industries — ideally with exposure to BIM, CAD, or design tools.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills – especially in pitching to design-led, creative, or technical audiences.

A consultative, insight-led approach to solving customer problems.

Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a hybrid role with autonomy and accountability.
