Position Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative eCommerce Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platforms, contributing to everything from product photography to web content updates. Key Responsibilities:

Product Photography: Capture and edit high-quality product images that align with brand guidelines and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Image Portfolio Management: Organise and maintain our digital asset libraries, ensuring images are properly labelled, easily accessible, and consistently updated across platforms.

Website Maintenance: Assist with uploading and updating content, product listings, and promotional assets across our Shopify stores and 3rd party eCommerce platforms (e.g. Catch, The Iconic, Myer).

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with management, supervisors, and the broader team to help execute strategies that drive performance across our online channels.

Content Creation Support: Assist in developing engaging content for our websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site checks to ensure all listings are accurate, visually consistent, and user-friendly.

Ad-hoc Support: Provide administrative and operational support across the eCommerce department as required.

Skills & Experience:

Experience with product photography and basic photo editing is a nice to have but not required (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva).

Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is highly regarded.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Previous experience in an eCommerce, retail, or content role is a plus, but not essential.
