We are seeking a 3+ year PAE who is attracted to working on complex estate and succession planning matters involving large superannuation, funds and tax structuring. Mentoring on offer from a highly credentialed Senior Lawyer with Tax Law specialisation.

The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in estate succession planning, including testamentary discretionary trusts (testamentary wills), enduring powers of attorney, advance health directives, family trusts, superannuation death benefit nominations, companies and partnerships.

Our client is a specialist firm with low turnover of staff. They are well-known for being an alternative to a national law firm that offers services in corporate & commercial, property, litigation & insolvency, tax and estate planning.
