Are you an experienced Property Solicitor wanting to join a successful longstanding law firm with offices on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. If you have 3 years PAE, are driven and have a great attention to detail, then we may be the right fit for you. We are offering a fully work from home position with training on the Gold Coast at our Head Office at the cost of us!

Key Qualifications and Attributes
The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience: For a property solicitor, minimum 3 years post-admission experience (PAE) with expertise in multi-jurisdictional conveyancing, including off-the-plan settlements and volume transactions.
Technical Proficiency: A thorough understanding of state-specific property laws and the ability to manage diverse conveyancing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated experience leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Adaptability Under Pressure: The ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and a solutions-focused, commercial mindset.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, referrers, and multiple internal stakeholders.
Client and Referrer Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, supported by our dedicated Relationship Manager (RM), Property Partners and significant internal resources.
Flexibility and Independence: The ability to work remotely within a modern, flexible workplace environment, while remaining highly productive and self-motivated.
About the Role
This role will include:
Managing a high-volume matter load of conveyancing matters, with a focus on off-the-plan settlements and developer work.
Providing clear and strategic advice & support to clients and referrers, maintaining our' reputation for excellent service.
Leading and mentoring a team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across jurisdictions.
Collaborating with our Relationship Manager to support and grow client and referrer relationships.
