About the role
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for governance and risk management? Join HIQ as the Director, Governance and Risk, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining the organisation's governance and risk management practices.
In this key leadership position, you will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders across HIQ, the Department, and Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) to design, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks and risk management practices that support the effective delivery of HIQ's program.
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in contemporary risk management and corporate, portfolio, program, and project governance practices.
- Experience and understanding of risk management and governance practices in a large-scale infrastructure delivery organisation.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and build team cohesion.
- Strong decision-making abilities supported by evidence and strategic rationale.
