What’s On Offer
An amazing opportunity exists for a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to join our Asset Management team at the City of Kwinana. This is a full time, fixed term position reporting to the Manager Asset Management Services and working alongside a remarkable team of dedicated, like-minded professionals.

As our new Project Manager, you will manage the successful delivery of multiple large projects within the greater City Infrastructure directorate, amid the Asset Management business area.

As our go-to specialist, you will manage, lead and motivate project teams, to ensure successful execution of project activities against the project schedule. Your elite organisational skills will ensure the project produces the scoped deliverables to the required standard of quality according to the documented acceptance criteria, within specified constraints of time and cost.

What You’ll Need
To make an impact in this role, you will need:

Extensive relevant experience delivering complex infrastructure projects as a Project Manager

Experience in managing project teams across complex organisations using both internal and external resources.

Extensive experience in leading teams and stakeholder management.

Highly developed time, budget and organisational management skills.

Excellent problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills.

The ability to demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing the highest quality of customer service.

Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.

Understanding of local government services and operations (desirable).
