With 75 kindergartens and early learning services across Melbourne, our team of 1000 dedicated people work together to create safe, joyful, and enriching experiences for 7,500 children every week. We are seeking two enthusiastic Diploma Educators to join our team at Altona Early Years Hub.

Altona Early Years Hub is an exceeding rated service that provides families with a state-of-the-art early years facility located on the site of the Altona College P-9 School. At the heart of this facility is the belief that each child is a competent learner from birth.

The hub's team of nurturing and experienced educators deliver high quality and inclusive childcare (from birth to six years) and three and four-year-old kindergarten programs that help each child realise their potential.

We have two exciting Diploma positions that are both full time, ongoing roles working Monday to Friday, with a monthly RDO

About you

• You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
• You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
• You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
• You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
• You value kindness and respect.
• You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
• You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate.
