About The Roles - Apprentice and Diploma Qualified Educators

Candidates MUST already hold at least a Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121 or CHC30113) in order to be considered for this position.

• Apprentices - advance your early childhood education career by studying Diploma level qualifications in ECEC and Montessori Early Childhood Education.
• Diploma Qualified Educators - gain Montessori qualifications with opportunity of advancement into senior roles.

Full Time opportunities available, shifts rostered between 6:45am and 6pm.

No Montessori experience is required, however upon appointment ALL Educators will be supported to complete Montessori qualifications through our affiliated training college, MECTA (mecta.edu.au)*.

Selection Criteria:

• Willingness to enrol in and complete Diploma ECEC if not already held (Compulsory prerequisite enrolment requirement: Cert III ECEC - CHC30121 or CHC30113. RPL may be available for those holding older Cert III level qualifications).
• Willingness to enrol in and complete Diploma Montessori Early Childhood Education (if equivalent not already held).
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Hold or be eligible to apply for a valid paid Blue Card (WWC). Restricted persons need not apply.
