We are seeking an Experienced Foreman to oversee the trades and daily site works on a 100 townhouse lot located in Logan.

You will be part of a growing company that has a considerable forward construction schedule, great team culture with family oriented values.

Role
The Foreman has the following specific areas of responsibility:

• The Foreman is responsible for the co-ordination and management of construction sites to ensure the completion of entire projects.
• Prepare and maintain project construction schedule
• Interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice to direct work and monitor compliance
• Complete QA checks, site inductions and ensure WPH&S compliance
• Record and report variations
• Track and control construction schedules, progress reporting to management
• Manage sub-contractors, quality of materials and workmanship
• Place orders for materials and trades as required
• Maintaining clean and safe work sites
• Liaise with internal team members and external consultants
• Reporting to the Site Manager

Person:

• A stable career history within the construction industry
• High volume Project house experience
• Strong construction experience with a reputable construction company
• The ability to work to and meet deadlines
• Well organized, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
• Applicable trade / industry qualifications
• Leadership and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
