SITE FOREMAN

Design & Build is proud to partner with one of Queensland’s most respected residential builders, known for their craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional culture. Specialising in multi-residential developments, they are now seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Be hands-on in delivering townhouse projects that set the standard for modern living in high-growth locations. These projects are not your typical builds, they feature innovative designs, high-quality finishes, and a focus on creating vibrant, community-oriented spaces.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for multi-unit townhouse builds
• Schedule and coordinate trades and suppliers
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard
• Implement and enforce WHS standards
• Communicate closely with Project Managers and stakeholders
• Lead toolbox talks and daily team briefings
• Troubleshoot site issues and drive problem-solving
• Maintain program and drive project delivery forward

Required Experience:

• Proven experience supervising townhouse or multi-residential builds
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Carpentry trade background
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regulations & timelines
• Strong leadership, communication & people management skills
• A sharp eye for detail and a drive for quality workmanship
• Ability to build rapport with trades, consultants & clients
