The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and drive excellence in service
• Lead and develop a high-performing BOH & FOH team
• Manage rostering, stock control, and financial performance
• Maintain high food quality and compliance standards
• Work closely with senior leadership to establish and grow the business

What’s Needed:

• Experience as a Restaurant or Assistant Manager in a fast-food, QSR or Casual setting
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development
• A customer-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and nights
