We’re opening a brand-new office in Melbourne — and we’re looking for a Senior Business Services Manager who’s ready to step up and help lead the way.

About the Role

We are a tax and business services firm, you’ll be one of the founding employees of our new Melbourne office, playing a hands-on role in setting it up for success. You’ll manage your own client ledger, bring in new business, and guide clients through the challenges of small business ownership. You’ll also be stepping into a future leadership role, helping shape the culture and direction of the office.

What You’ll Be Doing

Be a key player — you're in the driver’s seat

Provide top-tier tax advice across FBT, Div7A, GST, CGT concessions, and more

Manage client relationships end-to-end, ensuring financials and tax returns are spot-on

Advise clients on budgets, business planning, and their personal financial affairs

Support small business owners in achieving their dreams — through listening, guiding, and celebrating wins

Lead with confidence when it’s time to keep things on track

Take full ownership of your client ledger and work with autonomy

Add real value to your clients — and the world — by believing in what you do

A manger-level business services accountant

CA qualified, with a relevant degree

Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based systems
