Join a dynamic and growing team passionate about delivering top-tier turf and agricultural equipment solutions! We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to support our sales operations and manage spare parts orders for Sustainable Machinery.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with the sales and service teams to:

Provide administrative and customer support for Sustainable Machinery machinery sales

Process spare parts orders and manage inventory

Liaise with suppliers and logistics for timely delivery

Handle customer enquiries via phone and email

Maintain accurate records in our systems

Assist with quoting and basic technical support when required

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills

High attention to detail and time management

Experience in parts interpretation or machinery support (preferred)

A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with turf/agricultural equipment is a bonus

Computer literacy (experience with inventory or ERP systems a plus)
