The Role

A key role in the finance team, reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsiblke for reporting, financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting. Working with stakeholders across the organisation to drive key insights and support decision making.

• Working with Power BI, building dashboards and improving reporting
• Supporting the finance team and non-financial stakeholders
• Prepare analysis, written reports and commentary as required,
• Build financial models and ensure business measures and performance are accurately presented
• Ensure budgeting and forecasting is prepared accurately
• Assist with the preparation of applications for private grants and acquittal of grants
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Partnering across the organisation, and facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing

Your Profile

Someone enthusiastic, passionate, and ideally with experience in the NFP sector - you will:

• Be fully qualified, or near qualified with CA or CPA
• Proven experience with Power BI, Financial Modelling, Budgeting and Forecasting
• Show confidence, enthusiasm, positivity and maturity
• Enjoy creating efficiencies and building processes
• A clear communicator who enjoys telling the story, and parting across an organisation
• Keen analysis skills, and the ability to drive data-backed decision making
• Experience in a NFP, and with Dynamics 365 would be highly desired.
