Client Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a values-driven organisation within the education sector, renowned for its commitment to excellence and community impact.

This 12-month fixed term contract will see you working on site - Monday to Friday, as a trusted advisor supporting Department Heads and leaders across a broad range of HR and people-related matters. Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide generalist HR support and advice to line managers across a variety of departments

Partner with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day people matters, including performance, policy interpretation, and employee relations

Assist the recruitment team with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job briefs, advertising, screening, and on-boarding

Support with continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience initiatives

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies

Profile

About You:

Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within complex or service-driven organisations

A collaborative and proactive mindset with a strong customer service approach

Confident communicator who builds effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation

Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related field
