With a continued focus on growth and people-first culture, we’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic People & Culture Advisor to support our recruitment and HR operations.

This is your opportunity to showcase your skills as a true generalist and join a dynamic, supportive team where you’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent and supporting our teams across the group.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing the recruitment cycle for the group - high performing job ads that attract the right candidates and managing the job boards (Seek, WorkInAus)

Draft employment contracts and manage onboarding processes and HR policies

Supporting performance and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with Employment Law and best practice

Support with the P&C reporting function, including but not limited to preparation, analysis and reporting of P&C metrics including, recruitment and WHS reporting.

Co-ordinate and manager Workcover claim and processes – reporting, communication and effective support for employees

Support the administration and upkeep of our learning management system

Visa Management – assist with recruitment and onboarding of Visa applicants and assist with existing employees Visa’s requirements

WHS responsibilities – contribute to a safe and compliant workplace by supporting OHS processes

Oversee and support the Automotive Technician program ensuring development milestones are met

Providing general administrative and People & Culture support to the broader HR team

What You’ll Bring:

HR qualifications? If you’ve got a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, we’re thrilled to have you onboard!

A passion for recruitment and people

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

A professional, empathetic, and team-focused attitude

Previous experience in recruitment, HR or administration is highly desirable
