The Opportunity

A hands-on leader is needed to oversee projects and operations across Queensland. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for team performance, installation quality, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, high-quality installations and project management.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve issues on the ground.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
• Plan resources to scale with client project volume and maintain quality

What You Bring

• We are looking for someone experienced in site / project or construction management
• Strong understanding of installation processes, QA, and OHS
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Tech-savvy with project tracking tools
