Project Manager

About the Role
As a Project Manager at BGIS, you will play a critical role in transforming ambitious project goals into reality. This position requires strong leadership to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. With a focus on exceptional customer service and operational excellence, the Project Manager will drive continuous improvement and innovation while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery, from defining scope to final handover.

Oversee project budgets, including cost forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with OHS & E policies.

Optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency and stakeholder communication.

Track project progress, implement necessary adjustments, and provide detailed reports to executive management.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience in project management, particularly with Capex programs.

Strong background in contract management with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Proven knowledge of QA, OH&S, and environmental management systems.

Proficiency in project management software, including Word, Excel, and MS Project.

Qualifications

Certificate IV in OHS or demonstrated experience in project management.

Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Project Management or a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Valid General Induction for the Construction Industry card.
