About the role
We are offering a part time role of Customer Triage Officer at the Bunbury Family Relationship Centre. The position involves responding to client enquiries, providing information about the Bunbury FRC service, processing intakes, scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, offering referrals to appropriate services, working in a shared role and liaising with clients in person, by phone and via email.
The current vacancy is 20 hours (3 days) per week: Wednesday 9-2pm, Thursday 9-5pm, Friday 9-5pm
Skills, experience, and qualifications
This position requires a person who has ADVANCED administration experience. It is essential that the successful applicant has the following skills:
· A high degree of accuracy in data entry and information provision to clients
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in a clinical environment
· Ability to de-escalate situations and remain calm
· Ability to multi-task - respond to clients face to face, take calls and complete data entry simultaneously
· Ability to work well in a team
· Ability to work efficiently and effectively with client data entry, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
· Client database management
· Effective time management
