The Role

Due to a recent internal promotion, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and friendly contact centre team, within a for purpose organisation in the Inner West. As a Customer Service Officer on a collaborative, small team, you will be handing inbound and outbound calls and taking payments over the phone.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Answering volume inbound calls and providing accurate and timely information using your excellent customer service skills
  • Making outbound calls to help assist customers with enquires and take payment over the phone
  • Email and live chat correspondence with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail when data entering customer information into a CRM and taking payments

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a similar volume contact centre environment
  • A proven track record of excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude
  • Resilience, patience and empathy when responding appropriately to calls and web enquiries
