Details: Infrastructure Canberra is responsible for leading and supporting the procurement and delivery of the ACT Government’s infrastructure programs. We deliver infrastructure for the Canberra community, improving our liveability, enabling a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable city.
Within the Delivery Places and Spaces Branch, the Community and Government Engagement Team provides a centralised customer service, business development and lease management area to support and manage tenants, customers, and clients. The team provides professional building management where property and services are provided to government and non-government clients, and hireable venues spaces and precincts.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to fill the role of Leasing and Space Management Support. This position is a key point of contact for delivering leasing and customer liaison services for tenants, ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Responding efficiently and always with a proactive approach, you will anticipate and address issues before they arise, making clients feel informed and well-supported.
Key responsibilities include responding to inbound enquiries from tenants and potential clients, overseeing a shared mailbox, maintaining accurate records, collating data, cross-checking financial costs, and assisting in drafting new or renewal licences. You will also provide solutions and take initiative in problem-solving, ensuring professional and timely service while anticipating and addressing issues proactively.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- A current C Class driver’s licence (desirable but not essential).
- Qualification/s (Certificate IV or higher) in Property Management or Commercial Real Estate is highly desirable but not essential.
Note: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk. Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
