THE ROLE
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide executive and administrative services and manage business support activities. You will be the primary point of contact for the Managing Director; organise and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts; assist with special projects and co‑ordinate the activities of a range of diverse administrative and operational functions. This role will liaise and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure strong business support is maintained across the organisation.
SUCCESS FACTORS
Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role providing high-level executive support together with an understanding of basic marketing, human resources management and IT.
Proven success in supporting a Managing Director, strong people skills and ability to partner with a dynamic team.
Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail; maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Successful track record in tackling special projects from inception to completion; supported by exceptional problem-solving skills and flexibility to meet changing priorities.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant tools and software.
Thrive on new challenges and seeks opportunities to make a significant impact.
Willingness to take ownership and shape the role in a newly created position.

Strong communication skills demonstrated by productive collaboration with other staff that fosters a positive and supportive team environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; working well with them to influence decisions for optimal outcomes.
