We are seeking a Marketing & Growth Manager who can drive our content strategy, build our education and media presence, and manage customer engagement through both digital and offline channels.
This role starts part-time, with the view to transition to full-time as we scale toward our $10M revenue goal by 2030.
Role Overview
This role blends digital marketing with real-world brand engagement, helping Nine Advisory grow through content, media, education, and advisory marketing.
The two core areas of focus are:
- Digital Growth & Content Marketing → Creating, distributing, and optimizing Nine Advisory’s content to generate leads and establish authority.
- Customer & Brand Engagement → Managing events, partnerships, and sales support to strengthen relationships and increase engagement.
This is a hands-on role with a focus on execution and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Growth & Content Marketing
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for blogs, video, social media, and email marketing.
Create and manage sales funnels, including the development of specific landing pages for events, lead magnets, and advisory offerings.
Optimize website content and ensure SEO best practices to enhance organic reach.
Oversee performance marketing campaigns, including paid ads and remarketing, to generate and nurture leads.
Manage social media presence, including content creation, engagement strategies, and audience growth.
Implement and oversee automated lead nurturing sequences to improve conversion rates.
2. Customer & Brand Engagement
Plan and manage in-person and digital events, workshops, and strategic partnerships.
Ensure accurate data tracking for the sales team to action and follow up on leads.
Manage customer engagement initiatives, onboarding experiences, and ongoing client interactions.
Support sales enablement by creating high-quality pitch decks, case studies, and marketing collateral.
Develop and refine advisory product offerings to improve engagement and client retention.
Key Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills:
3-5+ years in digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
Experience with sales funnels, lead magnets, and landing page development.
Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Hands-on experience with event management, strategic partnerships, and community engagement.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Background in advisory, consulting, or education-based businesses.
Familiarity with business growth frameworks such as StoryBrand and EOS.
Experience with video and podcast production.
Compensation & Growth Potential
Part-time (~20 hours per week) to start, with a path to full-time as revenue grows.
Starting at $45-$50 per hour
Significant growth potential, with opportunities for leadership as the marketing function expands.
