Service Technician (CCTV, Access Control & Nurse Call Systems)

RTM Cloud is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our fast-growing team. This role involves travelling across Brisbane/Sunshine and Gold Coast to perform service calls and small installations for CCTV, access control, and nurse call systems. We want to hear from you if you're a motivated individual who thrives in independent and team-based environments!

Key Responsibilities:

Conducted service calls and issues with CCTV, access control, and nurse call systems.
Perform small installations and ensure systems are functioning correctly.
Maintain detailed service records and provide excellent customer service during each visit.
Collaborate with the RTM Cloud team for larger projects while being able to work autonomously when needed.
Ensure timely completion of all service calls and installations.
