The Role 🔧

You'll be working across a range of enterprise-level security systems, supporting both installation and technical service delivery. If you're looking for variety, responsibility, and room to grow-this is it.

What You'll Be Doing:

🔹 Installing, commissioning, and programming premium Access Control & CCTV systems
🔹 Tackling complex tech issues-especially around integrated Access Control solutions
🔹 Collaborating with the team on service callouts and project delivery
🔹 Engaging with valued clients and delivering top-tier support
🔹 Ensuring high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring to the Team:

✔️ Experience with high-end electronic security systems (Access Control preferred)
✔️ Familiarity with leading platforms like Gallagher, Integriti, Genetec, Milestone or similar
✔️ Strong IP networking skills - routing, switching, device config
✔️ Valid Australian Security Licence & Cabling Licence
✔️ Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail
✔️ A team-first attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills
