Own the Marketing Engine of a Fast-Growth SaaS Business
Tradies Success Academy is a SaaS-powered education and coaching business on a mission to reinvent the trade industry. We’ve helped 6,000+ trade business owners grow, lead high-performing teams, and create more freedom in their lives, and now we’re scaling.
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing function. You’ll lead strategy and execution. That means building the funnel, managing paid and organic acquisition, writing performance content, optimising conversion flows, and owning performance metrics, while managing external specialists.
This is a high-impact role in a lean, entrepreneurial team. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally across product, sales, and delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Marketing Ownership
· Build and own our go-to-market strategy and integrated marketing plan
· Identify and execute key growth levers across acquisition, retention, and monetisation
· Own and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, channel allocation, and ROI analysis
Channel & Campaign Execution
· Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across paid social (Meta), search (Google Ads), email marketing, and organic content
· Build, test, and optimise landing pages and sales funnels using platforms like Squarespace and Visual Website Optimiser
· Write and produce high-converting copy across web, email, ad, and product environments
SaaS Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
· Manage and optimise our full-funnel marketing, from awareness through to conversion and retention
· Improve activation and onboarding flows in collaboration with our product team
· Analyse and iterate on CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rate, and funnel velocity
Data & Reporting
· Set up and maintain reporting dashboards
· Own attribution modelling and campaign tracking using UTMs, Google Tag Manager, and CRM data
· Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the leadership team
Specialist & Vendor Management
· Brief and manage external specialists (e.g. SEO consultants, videographers)
· Ensure deliverables are aligned to campaign strategy, brand guidelines, and performance goals
You Should Have
· Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing with full-funnel ownership
· Strong technical knowledge of CRM, email automation (e.g. HubSpot), ad platforms (Meta, Google), and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager)
· Experience with campaign testing frameworks, CRO tools, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
· Confident briefing and managing creative, SEO, and paid media freelancers
· Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, able to translate insight into action
· Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and marketing performance levers
· High attention to detail, time management, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
Bonus If You…
· Have worked with a founder-led brand or in a small, scaling team
· Understand the trades or construction space
· Have experience marketing an online community or education product
