About the Position

To deliver best practice customer service in accordance with Council's Customer Service Charter and contribute to the ongoing development of the Cobb and Co Changing Station as a dynamic service and cultural centre for Surat residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of the position is to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a strong focus on continual improvement of service delivery. This includes:

• Tourism and Visitor Information
• Cobb & Co Store Museum and Aquarium
• Surat on Balonne Gallery
• Volunteer Attraction, Rostering and Retention
• Library and Government Services

Details and Benefits

• Location: Surat, Qld
• Permanent, full-time position - 36.25hours per week
• Maranoa Regional Council Certified Agreement 2023 - Stream A - Level 3
• 5 weeks annual leave
• 15 days personal leave
• Fortnightly rostered days off (RDOs)
