The Role:

Customer Service role within the Collections team!

As a Collections Officer, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers stay on top of their payments while building positive relationships. You’ll make calls, send emails, and work with clients to find solutions that keep them on track, all with a friendly, understanding approach.
