Training Delivery Lead

• Location: Sydney CBD and NZ (Hybrid travel)

Are you an experienced training leader passionate about enabling large-scale transformation? We're seeking a Training Delivery Lead to take charge of a major enterprise transformation program (Release 1), delivering impactful end-user training across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
Joining midway through the program, your key focus will be:

• Developing and executing a robust End User Training (EUT) delivery plan.
• Coordinating training logistics across 28+ sites, with a mix of in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions.
• Driving engagement and capability uplift across a diverse and distributed workforce.
• You’ll work closely with change managers, business stakeholders, program leaders, and external vendors to build readiness and ensure the workforce is equipped to adopt new systems and ways of working.
• Create and implement a detailed training roadmap aligned with program timelines.
• Lead the recruitment and coordination of trainers (SAP specialists & SMEs).
• Deliver high-quality ILT and eLearning experiences using LMS and modern training tools.
• Manage training logistics, communications, scheduling, and on-site requirements.
• Monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through training metrics.
• Support business readiness and benefits realisation through change leadership coaching and enablement.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in managing training delivery at an organisational level.
• Strong experience in large-scale digital or systems training programs (SAP and/or FMCG experience ideal).
• A knack for delivering structured, scalable training solutions across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and business readiness planning.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in training tools, learning management systems (LMS), and technologies.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
