We’re looking for a driven SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution Lead with deep IS-Retail knowledge. If you live and breathe retail, understand how to connect sales processes with real-time systems, and love working with cutting-edge SAP technologies.

• Deliver solutions that enhance customer experience and optimise sales processes
• Work with top global brands in their SAP retail transformations
• Be part of an expert team and collaborate across domains and regions Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Sales & Distribution workstream in SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations
• Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and design solutions around sales, promotions, pricing, rebates, and returns
• Design integrations with eCommerce platforms, POS systems, and 3rd-party applications
• Ensure clean and innovative configurations, utilizing latest SAP features
• Guide testing, training, and transition to go-live

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 10+ years of SAP SD experience in Retail, with deep S/4HANA knowledge
• Expertise in pricing, order management, rebate processing, and promotions Experience with SAP CAR and PMR is a plus
• Ability to manage teams, drive design decisions, and communicate with stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
