We are seeking a high energy individual to join the sales team of an established and progressive fishing tackle retail business. The position is full time at 5 days per week which include both days of the weekend.

The remuneration package for the successful applicant is substantially above market and award rates.

We have aggressive sales targets to reach in the store. The psoition is fast paced, dynamic and involves constant interactions with members of the public.

Essential Criteria (applicants that do not meet the below will not be considered)
- Available to consistently work both days of the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
- Available to consistently work a 5 days per week roster (Wednesday through to Sunday).
- Willingness to take on board regular and constructive feedback.
- Exceptional level of computer skills across multiple software systems.
- Exceptional level of fishing equipment expertise and knowledge.
- A genuine passion and eagerness towards dealing with multiple members of the public every day.
- Ability to foster relationships with customers to acheive agressive sales objectives.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Desire to be coached to enchance sales skills in order to meet internal sales targets.
- Ability to flourish in a high paced and dynamic team.

- Content filming and creation skills
- Exceptional level of boating expertise and knowledge.
- Exceptional level of spearfishing expertise and knowledge.
- Fishing tackle retail sales experience.
- Experience using the Retail Express software package.
