Daily Living Products is a well-established, successful Perth based mobility equipment & product supplier to the Retail & Wholesale sector.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team, supporting customers, especially aged and disabled individuals, with their shopping needs. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with navigating the store, and ensure that all our customers feel valued and comfortable while in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

· Offer personalized assistance to aged and disabled customers, ensuring a positive and respectful shopping experience.

· Help customers select and find products, explaining features and benefits as needed.

· Ensure that store layout and displays are accessible to all customers, maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in each store

· Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and customer inquiries.

· Be flexible and available to work at different store locations as needed.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· A compassionate and patient nature with a willingness to assist others.

· Previous experience in aged care or health care is an advantage.

· Flexible to work across multiple store locations - Bayswater, Midland, Shenton Park, Wanneroo, Willetton.

· Availability to work one Saturday every fortnight for 3 hours

· Enjoys building meaningful and lasting customer relationships whilst delivering a personalised service every single time
